For logins starting Monday the 30th of May all accounts on oxygen.met.boku.ac.at and co2.met.boku.ac.at will ask for a new strong password to be set as a precautionary measure. Note that unless compromised it is not strictly necessary to change a password frequently, as long as there are passwords the strength and secure store matters first and foremost.
Fast hash computation can find weak passwords simplest case using dictionary attacks subsecond, provided the cypher-text is known.
