emis_BASE - base emission following RCP and years, emis_AUTTR - Austrian traffic emission, emis_r*new*BASE - addition (by add_AUT_emiss.py), used in simulation.
Copying for all years and days in month (from first 7 days in every month) - by add_emiss_days_year.py, on VSC4, e.g. in /gpfs/data/fs71449/karlicky3/data/wrfchem/HCera_9km_2007-16_ATTR/emis_ant_ATTR
